Cabatuan, officially the Municipality of Cabatuan (Ilocano: Ili ti Cabatuan; Tagalog: Bayan ng Cabatuan), is a municipality in the province of Isabela, Philippines. According to the 2025 census, it has a population of 40,560 people.

Being a major rice producing town dubbed as the Land of the Golden Grains, it is home to several rice mills and rice traders.
