Danylo Nechai (Ukrainian: Дани́ло Неча́й; Polish: Danylo Nieczaj or Neczaj; 1 November 1612 – 20 February 1651) was a Ukrainian Cossack military commander during the Cossack-Polish War. He served as Colonel of Bratslav in Podolia from 1648 to 1651 and became known as a leader in the fight for Ukrainian independence. His brother was Ivan Nechai.
