Elizabeth "Betty" Edwards Hamer Kegan (January 4, 1912 – March 9, 1979) was an American archivist and librarian, and served as the Assistant Librarian of Congress from 1963 to 1978. She was a founding member of the Society of American Archivists (SAA) in 1936 and was President of SAA from 1975 to 1976.
