Hamilton, Larkhall and Stonehouse is a constituency of the Scottish Parliament (Holyrood) covering part of the council area of South Lanarkshire.
The constituency was created for the 2011 Scottish Parliament election from parts of the former constituencies of Hamilton South and Hamilton North and Bellshill, along with some areas that were formerly in the Clydesdale constituencies. It elects one Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) by the plurality (first past the post) method of election. It is also one of nine constituencies in the Central Scotland electoral region, which elects seven additional members, in addition to nine constituency MSPs, to produce a form of proportional representation for the region as a whole.
The seat has been held by Davy Russell of Scottish Labour since the 2025 Hamilton, Larkhall and Stonehouse by-election. The seat was previously held by Christina McKelvie of the Scottish National Party from its creation in 2011 until her death in March 2025.
