The Leibniz Institute for Solid State and Materials Research in Dresden (German: Leibniz-Institut für Festkörper- und Werkstoffforschung Dresden) – in short IFW Dresden – Germany, is a non-university research institute and a member of the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Scientific Community.
