Juan de Dios Ramírez Heredia (born 29 July 1942) is a Spanish politician, of Romani ethnic origin. From 1986 to 1999, he was a Member of the European Parliament for the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE). He was born in Puerto Real, Cádiz.
