Košarkaški klub Bosna BH Telecom (transl. Basketball Club Bosna BH Telecom), commonly referred to as KK Bosna, is a professional basketball club based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is the most successful Bosnian club of all time, having been the European champion by winning the 1978–79 FIBA European Champions Cup. The club competes in the Basketball Championship of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the ABA League. It is part of the University Sport Society Bosna (Bosnian: Univerzitetsko sportsko društvo Bosna).
