Keith E. Sonderling is an American lawyer and government official. He has served as the 38th United States Deputy Secretary of Labor, the acting director of the Institute of Museum and Library Services, and an acting under secretary of United States Department of Commerce since 2025, during President Donald Trump's second term. From 2020 to 2024, he served as commissioner of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. From 2017 to 2020, he served as the deputy and acting administrator of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor. Before government service, he was a shareholder at the Gunster law firm in West Palm Beach, Florida.
