Klaksvík (Faroese pronunciation: [ˈklaksˌʋʊɪk]) is the second largest town of the Faroe Islands behind Tórshavn. The town is located on Borðoy, which is one of the northernmost islands (the Norðoyar). It is the administrative centre of Klaksvík municipality.
