Kyaukphyu Township (Burmese: ကျောက်ဖြူမြို့နယ်, also spelt Kyaukpyu Township) is a township of Kyaukphyu District in the Rakhine State of Myanmar. The principal town is Kyaukphyu.

At Ma Day Island of Kyaukpyu Township, a deep sea port was being built by Aisa World Company by investment of China National Petroleum Corporation.
