Louise Lamphere (born 1940) is an American anthropologist who has been distinguished professor of anthropology at the University of New Mexico since 2001. She was a faculty member at UNM from 1976 to 1979, and from 1986 to 2009, when she became a professor emerita.
Lamphere served as president of the American Anthropological Association from 1999 to 2001.
