Noocracy

Noocracy (/noʊˈɒkrəsi/, nous meaning 'mind" or 'intellect', and kratos meaning 'power' or 'authority') is a type of government where decisions are delegated to those deemed wisest. The idea is classically advanced, among others, by Plato, al-Farabi and Confucius.
