Parrozzo (Italian: [parˈrɔttso]) or panrozzo (Italian: [ˌpanˈroddzo]) is a cake from the Abruzzo region of Italy. It is traditionally served as a Christmas dessert, but may also be enjoyed year round.
Parrozzo is officially designated as a prodotto agroalimentare tradizionale (PAT) of Abruzzo.
