Pasta al forno (lit. 'pasta to the oven', i.e. 'baked pasta'), also known as timballo di pasta, is a typical dish of Italian cuisine, made of (usually short) pasta covered with béchamel sauce, tomato sauce, and cheese, and cooked in the oven.
