Quzhou is a county under the administration of the prefecture-level city of Handan, in the south of Hebei Province, China. It has a population of 400,000 residing in an area of 667 km2 (258 sq mi).This is the hometown of Lu Zhenfei, a politician of the Ming Dynasty.
