Rodrigo da Silva Bacellar (born 5 April 1980) is a Brazilian politician. He has been a member of the Legislative Assembly of Rio de Janeiro since 2019, and has served as president of the assembly since 2023. From 2021 to 2022, he served as secretary of government of Rio de Janeiro.
