The Supreme Constitutional Court (Arabic: المحكمة الدستورية العليا, Al-Mahkamah al-Dustūrīyah al-‘Ulyā) was the highest jurisdictional authority in Syria during the Assad regime. The 2025 Interim Constitution of Syria declares that the existing Supreme Constitutional Court will be dissolved and a new one will be formed.
