The film is written by Ko and also presented, produced and directed by Adam Tsuei and stars Simon Yam, Lee Kang-sheng, Kaiser Chuang, Ivy Shao and Sophia Li Filming for The Tenants Downstairs began in October 2015 and ended in November 2015 and was released on 12 August 2016.
