Umingan, officially the Municipality of Umingan (Pangasinan: Baley na Umingan; Ilocano: Ili ti Umingan; Tagalog: Bayan ng Umingan), is a municipality in the province of Pangasinan, Philippines. According to the PSA 2020 census, it has a population of 77,074 people.
Umingan is 79 kilometres (49 mi) from Lingayen, 67 kilometres (42 mi) from Cabanatuan, 195 kilometres (121 mi) from Manila, and 24 kilometres (15 mi) from Rosales.
