Antisemitism during the Gaza war
For antisemitism during the 2008-2009 war, see Antisemitic incidents during the Gaza War (2008–2009).
During the Gaza war, which began with Hamas' attack on Israel on October 7, 2023, there has been a surge in antisemitism around the world. In the United States, organizations opposed to antisemitism, including the Anti-Defamation League and the American Jewish Committee, reported that the total incidence of antisemitic occurrences increased significantly. Organizations in Western European countries, like the UK's Community Security Trust and France's SPJC, reported similar increases. There have been widely reported individual acts of violence against Jews around the world since the Gaza war began.
