Democratic nominee John Adams Lee defeated Republican nominee Ethelbert F. Allen, Social Democratic nominee Leon Greenbaum, Prohibition nominee Simpson Ely, People's Progressive nominee Abram Neff and Socialist Labor nominee J. F. Graber.
