Pizza quattro formaggi (Italian: [ˈkwattro forˈmaddʒi]; lit. 'four cheese pizza'), also known as pizza ai quattro formaggi, is a style of pizza in Italian cuisine that is topped with a combination of four types of cheese, usually melted together, with (rossa, lit.
