Qishr (Arabic: قشر geshir, gishr, kishr) is a Yemeni traditional hot drink made of spiced coffee husks, ginger, and sometimes cinnamon. In Yemen, it is usually drunk as an alternative to coffee because it doesn't need to be roasted.
